Aida uses algorithms and user-provided data (including preferences and personality-related inputs) to:
- recommend cafés and local tips
- suggest connections with other users
- personalize your experience
Recommendations may be based on:

- similarities with other users
Aida does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or compatibility of any recommendation.
6. User Interactions

You acknowledge that:
- Aida does not control or guarantee user behavior
- interactions with other users are at your own risk

- not harass, abuse, or harm others
- comply with applicable laws
7. Public Content

By posting content, you understand that:

- Aida does not guarantee privacy for public content
8. User-Generated Content

8.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you upload.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own the content or have all necessary rights
- your content does not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights)
If you upload content (including photos) taken from third-party sources (such as Google or other websites) without permission, you are solely responsible for any legal consequences.
Aida assumes no responsibility for user-uploaded content.
8.2 License to Aida
By uploading content, you grant Aida a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- use
- display
- reproduce
- modify
- distribute
- promote
such content in connection with the platform and its marketing, including on social media and other channels.
8.3 Content Removal
Aida may remove or modify content at any time, including if it:
- violates these Terms
- infringes third-party rights
- is considered inappropriate or harmful
9. Platform Rules
You agree not to:
- upload illegal or copyrighted content without permission
- impersonate others
